Westfield State University senior women's soccer forward Delaney Parker has added another monumental honor to her mantle, as she was named to the 2024 College Sports Communicators Academic All-America team today.

Bridgewater State's Sydney Dewhurst and Olivia Robarge along with Westfield State's Delaney Parker were named to the United Soccer Coaches All-Region team as announced by the organization.

Delaney Parker of Westfield State and Sydney Dewhurst of Bridgewater State have earned the 2024 Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference Women’s Soccer Offensive and Defensive Player of the Year honors and headline the 2024 MASCAC First Team All-Conference squad which is voted on by the coaches from around the conference prior to the tournament.

The long-awaited celebration began to unfold shortly before 2 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. As the scoreboard clock at Mazzaferro Field inched closer to showing no time remaining, the cheering grew louder and louder in anticipation of a special achievement.
