The Worcester State trio of Angela Colonis, Camryn Burgio and Beatrice Gamboa-Estrella take home the MASCAC Volleyball Offensive, Defensive and Rookie of the Week honors after helping the Lancers to a MASCAC win.

Offensive Player of the Week
Angela Colonis, Worcester State
Junior, Setter, Waterford, Conn.
Colonis finished with 42 assists, 25 kills, 28 digs and four service aces in a 2-1 week for the Lancers. Had 14 assists, six kills, seven digs and an ace in the five set win over Bridgewater State. Added a double-double of 12 digs and 12 assists with six kills in the 3-0 win over Dean and ended the week with 16 assists, 13 kills and nine digs in the 3-1 setback to Eastern Conn. State.

Defensive Player of the Week
Camryn Burgio, Worcester State
Graduate, Outside Hitter, N. Quincy, Mass.

Burgio collected 71 digs with 10 assists, eight service aces and seven kills in a 2-1 week for the Lancers. Finished with 30 digs, four aces and three assists in the five set win over Bridgewater State. Added 20 digs, three assists and two aces in the 3-0 win over Dean and 21 digs, two aces and four assists in the 3-1 setback to Eastern Conn. State.

Rookie of the Week
Beatrice Gamboa-Estrella, Worcester State
First Year, Outside Hitter, Simi Valley, Calif.

Gamboa-Estrella tallied 24 digs, 18 kills, five service aces and two block assists in a 2-1 week for the Lancers. Had 14 digs, six kills, four aces and block assist in the five set win over Bridgewater State. Added six kills, three digs and a block assist in the 3-0 win over Dean. Finished with six kills, seven digs and an ace in the 3-1 setback to Eastern Conn. State.
