Ab’c’de Patane of Mass. Maritime, Ally Moran of Framingham State and Morgan Keefe of Worcester State claim the MASCAC Softball Player, Pitcher and Rookie of the Week honors after grabbing victories in their non-conference contests.

Patane batted .826 (19-23) with five doubles, a triple, a home run, 11 runs scored, 13 RBI, a .826 on-base percentage and 1.261 slugging percentage in a 6-0 week for the Buccaneers. Went 6-for-8 with a double, home run, six RBI and three runs in the doubleheader sweep of Dean College. Was 6-for-7 with a double, triple, four runs and five RBI in a doubleheader sweep of Fisher College. Ended the week, 7-for-8 with three doubles, three RBI and three runs scored in the doubleheader sweep of Bay Path University. |

Rookie of the Week |
Keefe batted .692 (9-13) with a double, four RBI, three runs scored, a walk and two stolen bases in a 3-1 week for the Lancers. Went 4-for-4 with two RBI, two stolen bases and a run scored in the 9-1 win over Keene State. Was 1-for-2 with a walk, RBI and a walk in the 7-5 win over Muhlenberg and 3-for-3 with a double and RBI in the 8-7 setback to Mount Aloysius during their spring break trip. |
