Women's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week
Kiara Abrantes, Bridgewater State
Senior, Somerset, Mass.

Abrantes placed second in the 400-meter dash with a time of 56.10 seconds to earn All-New England honors this past weekend at the Division III New England Championships held at The Track at New Balance.

Women's Indoor Field Athlete of the Week
Serenity Sands, Bridgewater State
Senior, E. Bridgewater, Mass.

Sands garnered All-New England honors in the high jump at the Division III New England Championships held at The Track at New Balance. Placed second in the event with a season-best (tying) leap of 1.69m. Currently ranks tenth in all of Division III in the high jump.

Women's Indoor Rookie of the Week
Grace Inacio, Bridgewater State
Freshman, Taunton, Mass.

Inacio finished 12th in the 200-meter dash with a personal-best time of 25.30 seconds this past weekend at the Division III New England Championships held at The Track at New Balance. Currently ranks ninth in the East Region in the 200.
