MASCAC Women's Outdoor Track and Field Weekly Awards 4/16
Bridgewater State's Naomi Cass and Serenity Sands plus Ciara Adu-Addo of Worcester State claim the MASCAC Women's Outdoor Track and Field weekly honors after competing at the Silfen Invite and Penmen Relays, respectively.

Women's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week |
Cass placed third in the 5,000-meter run with a PR time of 17:47.05 this past weekend at the Silfen Invitational. Helped the Bears place fourth in the team standings at the meet. Currently ranks eighth in the East Region in the 5,000. |
Women's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week |
Sands captured the meet title in the high jump at the Silfen Invitational with a leap of 1.65m. Added a third-place showing in the long jump with a PR of 5.07m. Helped the Bears place fourth in the team standings at the meet. |
Women's Outdoor Rookie of the Week |
Adu-Addo came in second in the long jump with a top leap of 5.25m at the Penmen Relays. |
