MASCAC Women's Indoor Track and Field Weekly Awards 3/5
After competing at the NEICAAA Championships this weekend, the Bridgewater State trio of Kiara Abrantes, Serenity Sands and Naomi Cass take home the MASCAC Women's Indoor Track and Field weekly awards.

Abrantes earned All-NEICAAA honors in the 400-meter dash this past weekend at the New England Intercollegiate Amateur Athletic Association (NEICAAA) Championships held at The Track & New Balance. Posted a finals time of 57.73 seconds to place fourth at the meet which featured competition from all three NCAA divisions. Also recorded a PR of 57.20 seconds to finish fourth in the 400 preliminaries.‘ |

Sands earned All-NEICAAA honors in the high jump this past weekend at the New England Intercollegiate Amateur Athletic Association (NEICAAA) Championships held at The Track & New Balance. Posted a leap of 1.69m to place second at the meet which featured competition from all three NCAA divisions. |

Cass hit for a PR in the 5,000-meter run to earn All-NEICAAA honors this past weekend at the New England Intercollegiate Amateur Athletic Association (NEICAAA) Championhips held at The Track at New Balance. Posted a time of 17:47.59 to finish tenth at the meet which featured competition from all three NCAA divisions.
