Emma Cretella of Westfield State and Jessica St. George of Fitchburg State take home the MASCAC Women's Lacrosse Player and Rookie of the Week honors as the teams prepare for the conference tournament this week.

Cretella collected 12 points with six goals and six assists with three ground balls and two caused turnovers in a 2-0 week to claim the MASCAC Regular Season title. Scored six goals and dished out two assists with as the Owls wrapped up the regular season title and top seed in the tournament with an 18-10 win over Framingham State, and added four assists in a 16-3 win over MCLA. |
Rookie of the Week |
St. George totaled eight points on five goals and three assists in addition to three ground balls and four draw controls over two games for the Green and Gold. Notched six points on three goals and three assists as well as three ground balls and two draw controls in a 17-16 setback to Salem State on Tuesday before adding two goals and two draw controls in a loss to Worcester State on Saturday. |
