Flannery O'Connor of Framingham State and Lena Waldron of Worcester State take home the MASCAC Women's Basketball Player and Rookie of the Week after facing off with non-conference competition last week.

O'Connor averaged 18.7 points and 11.7 rebounds while shooting 56 percent from the floor in a 3-0 week for the Rams. Scored 25 points with 14 boards in a 68-57 win over Connecticut College. Scored 24 points with 10 rebounds in a 75-66 win over St. Lawrence and seven points with 11 rebounds in a 56-53 win over Middlebury. |

Rookie of the Week |

Waldron averaged 11.5 points, seven rebounds and 1.5 steals in two games for the Lancers. Finished with 16 points, 11 rebounds and a steal in the 76-70 setback to Penn-State-Harrisburg. Added seven points, three rebounds and three assists in the setback to Marymount (Va.). |
