Krysta Padellaro of Framingham State and Arielle Cleveland of Bridgewater State take home the MASCAC Women's Basketball Player and Rookie of the Week accolades after non-conference wins last week.

Padellaro averaged 17 points, five rebounds, 1.5 steals and one assist in a 1-1 week for the Rams. Scored 15 points, including the game-winner at the buzzer in overtime in the 67-66 win over Williams College. Added six rebounds and three steals in the win. Tallied 19 points with three rebounds in the 59-53 setback to Hamilton College. |
Rookie of the Week |
Cleveland averaged 7.5 points and 6.5 rebounds (4.0 offensive) while shooting 70% (7-10) from the floor in her first two collegiate games as she garnered All-Tournament honors at the NYU Tip-Off Classic. Notched four points, three rebounds and a blocked shot in just five minutes of action in a 52-45 setback to Claremont-Mudd-Scripps. Posted a double-double with 11 points and ten rebounds (six offensive) to go along with a steal and block in a 76-53 victory over Thiel College. |
