MASCAC Men's Indoor Track and Field Weekly Awards 12/10
The Bridgewater State trio of Chigozie Adigwe, Zanthius Collins and Alex Huynh take home the first MASCAC Men's Indoor Track and Field weekly awards of the season.

Adigwe placed third in the 60-meter hurdles (first among DIII student-athletes) with a finals time of 8.41 seconds at the season-opening Early Bird Invitational held at The Track at New Balance. Also finished 36th in the 200-meter dash (23.60). The meet featured competition from all three NCAA divisions as well as track clubs. Currently ranks third in the East Region in the hurdles and 20th in all of Division III. |

Collins won the meet title in the shot put with a toss of 14.66m at the season-opening Early Bird Invitational held at The Track at New Balance. The meet featured competition from all three NCAA divisions as well as track clubs. Currently ranks second in the East Region in the shot put and 23rd in all of Division III. |

Alex Huynh, Bridgewater State

Huynh placed fifth in the high jump (first among DIII student-athletes) with a leap of 1.87m at the season-opening
Early Bird Invitational held at The Track at New Balance. Also finished 59th in the 200-meter dash with a time of
24.59 seconds. The meet featured competition from all three NCAA divisions as well as track clubs. Currently ranks
second in the East Region in the high jump and 53rd in all of Division III.
