Framingham State's Halle Named As ECAC Men's Soccer Defensive Player Of The Week

Framingham, Mass. — Senior goalkeeper Greg Halle (Beverly, Mass) was selected the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III New England Men’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week as announced by the ECAC on Wednesday morning.  Halle was also selected the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Men’s Soccer Co-Player of the Week for the same period. 

Halle posted a perfect 2-0 mark last week for the Rams stopping all 18 shots he faced.  He recorded shutout victories against WPI and Curry College as he improved his season goals against average to 0.25 with a .968 save percentage. The Rams have started the season 5-0 with Hall recording three shutouts.
