AHCA/CCM All-Americans

Salem State junior forward Landyn Greatorex (Reading, Mass.) was named to the 2025 CCM/AHCA DIVISION II-III Men's Hockey All-American Team. Greatorex was selected to the third team, and becomes Salem State's 15th hockey All-American.

Named the 2024-25 MASCAC Men's Ice Hockey Player of the Year, Greatorex enjoyed his best season as a Viking, leading the MASCAC in total points with a career best (41), which was fourth highest in the nation, recording 16 goals and 25 assists. The forward finished in the top three in power play goals (6) and had three game-winning goals. He recorded points in 22-of-26 games this season, finishing the year with a 1.58 points per game average, which was top-10 in the NCAA. Greatorex was also a finalist for the Joe Concannon Award, which is presented annually to the best American-born college hockey player in New England at the Division-II/III level.  

"I would like to congratulate Landyn on this great accomplishment," said Salem State head coach Chris MacInnis. "We are so proud of Landyn for being named an All-American. He had a phenomenal year —  [MASCAC] Player of the Year, while also leading our league in points. It's a tremendous honor for him and our program, and we look forward to having him back for his senior year." 

Hobart and St. Norbert led the way, each with four selections. There are four fifth-year students, eight seniors, nine juniors, five sophomores and five freshmen. Eight players will participate in the NCAA Division III Men's Ice Hockey Championships, hosted this weekend by Utica University
