Emerson Halbleib of Bridgewater State earns both the MASCAC Men's Basketball Player and Rookie of the Week awards as the team went 1-1 at the Guilford Holiday Classic.

| Halbleib earned All-Tournament honors at the Guilford Holiday Classic as he averaged 14.5 points, 12.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists, one steal and 1.5 blocked shots while shooting 75% (12-16) from the floor and 66.7% (2-3) from behind the arc over two games. Posted a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds to go along with an assist, a steal and two blocks in a setback to host Guilford College. Notched another double-double with 18 points and 15 boards and added two assists, a steal and a block in an 86-84 overtime win over Greensboro College. |
