Gittens scored 21 points, grabbed five rebounds, three assists and two steals in the Trailblazers’ 74-64 win over Fitchburg State, while shooting 9-18 from the floor in the win. |

Rennis averaged 16 points, 2.5 rebounds, and three steals per game while shooting 60 percent from the floor in a 2-0 week for the Owls. Led the Owls to an 89-74 win over Salem State with 22 points, shooting 9-14 from the floor, to grab a share of first place in the conference standings. Had 10 points, three rebounds and three steals in the 77-49 win over Framingham State. |
Rookie of the Week
Joshua-Daniel Okafor, Framingham State
Freshman, Forward, Boston, Mass.
Okafor averaged 14.3 points and 7.3 rebounds per game in a 1-2 week for
the Rams, including 20 points, seven rebounds and two blocks in the 68-60
win at Fitchburg State. Finished week with 14 points and 10 boards in 62-59
setback to the Falcons.
