Men's Basketball Weekly Award Winners 2/23
Grant Cooper of Westfield State and Paul Brooks of Worcester State have been named the men's basketball player and rookie of the week, respectively.

Cooper averaged 15 points, 12.5 rebounds, nine assists, two steals and 1.5 blocks in a 2-0 week for the Owls. Notched a triple-double with 11 points, 16 rebounds and 10 assists in a 86-52 win over Fitchburg State and finished with game highs of 19 points, eight assists and nine rebounds in the 80-63 victory at MCLA.

Brooks averaged 17 points, six blocks and three rebounds in a 2-0 week for the Lancers. Netted 18 points, seven blocks and three boards in a 79-66 triumph over Fitchburg State and added 16 points, five blocks and three rebounds in a 67-58 win over Framingham State.
