Martin went 5-for-14 (.357) with three doubles, three runs scored, four RBI, two stolen bases and a walk plus a .571 slugging percentage and .400 on-base percentage in a 3-1 week for the Owls. Went 2-for-4 with two doubles, RBI and run scored in the 5-2 conference win over Framingham State and 3-for-7 with a run scored, two RBI and two stolen bases in the non-conference doubleheader split with Framingham. |

Mahan threw five scoreless innings for Worcester State en route to a season-opening 3-0 shutout of Bridgewater State University. He allowed just three hits in the contest while striking out five along with a runner caught stealing to earn the victory. |

Rookie of the Week |

Florence finished 4-for-8 (.500) with two doubles, two runs scored, four RBI, .750 slugging and .556 on-base percentage in three wins for the Owls, including four hits, two of them doubles, in the Owls’ conference doubleheader sweep of Framingham State. |
