John Giller and Nosa Uzamere of WestConn along with Matthew Farley of Framingham State and Colby Pires of Westfield State claim the MASCAC Football Offensive, Defensive, Special Teams and Rookie of the Week awards after competing in their second non-conference contest.

Offensive Player of the Week |
Giller went 15-for-24 (62.5%) with 251 yards, three touchdowns and no turnovers in the Wolves’ 28-14 win over Albright College. Scored the first three touchdowns of the game with passes of 40, 69 and 23 yards all in the first half of the contest. |
Defensive Player of the Week |
Uzamere had 11 tackles, all of them solo with two tackles for a loss of five yards in the Wolves’ 28-14 win over Albright College. |
Special Teams Player of the Week |
Farley was a perfect 4-for-4 on point after attempts and added a 22 yard field goal in the Rams’ 31-20 win over St. John Fisher University. Field goal put the Rams up 17-14 and they wouldn’t relenquish the lead.

Rookie of the Week |
Pires completed 13 of 26 passes for 157 yards and a touchdown in his first action as an Owl in the 38-14 setback at Western New England University in the annual Presidents’ Cup game. Made a touchdown pass of 33 yards.
