After competing at the NCAA DIII Women's Outdoor Track and Field Championship last week, the Bridgewater State trio of Jayci Andrews, Abbi Peterson and Serenity Sands take home the final MASCAC Women's Outdoor Track and Field weekly awards of the year.

Women's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week |
Andrews earned dual All-American accolades at the 2022 NCAA DIII Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Posted a season-best time of 13.88 seconds to place fifth in the finals of the 100 hurdles. Recorded a time of 1:00.61 in the finals of the 400 hurdles to also place fifth in the event. |

Peterson placed fourth in the high jump with a leap of 1.69m (5’ 6.5”) at the 2022 NCAA DIII Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Championship.Cleared each of her first four heights on the first attempt on her way to earning All-American accolades in the event. |
Women's Outdoor Rookie of the Week |
Sands finished 13th in the high jump with a mark of 1.66m (5’ 5.25”) at her debut at the 2022 NCAA DIII Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Championship. |
