MASCAC Men's Ice Hockey Weekly Awards 12/4
After having a perfect 2-0 mark in league action, Plymouth State duo Will Redick and Kalle Andersson along with Framingham State's Brady Rossbach grab the MASCAC Men's Ice Hockey Player, Goalie and Rookie of the Week honors.

Will Redick, Plymouth State
Sophomore, Forward, Collingwood, Ontario
Redick, sitting as the leading goal-scorer in all of NCAA Division III, was at it again to help Plymouth State to a pair of MASCAC wins. He potted a pair of goals in the 3-1 win over UMass Dartmouth. After the Corsairs struck first in the opening period, His second period power play goal knotted the score and he added an empty netter in the final minute to secure the win. He was even better in Saturday's 6-1 win at Salem State, recording his second hat trick of the season. His first tally came 2:43 into the second period and proved to be the game-winner, while he added two goals in a 4:43 span in the third period. |
Goalie of the Week |
Andersson posted a 1.00 GAA, 63 saves and .969 save percentage to help Plymouth State earn a pair of MASCAC wins last week. He opened with a 28-save effort, surrendering just a power play goal as the Panthers topped UMass Dartmouth, 3-1, on Thursday. Had an even better game in Saturday's 6-1 win at Salem State, turning aside 35 shots while allowing just a third period goal. |
Rookie of the Week |
Rossbach netted two goals in a 2-0 week for the Rams, including a goal in the 5-3 win over MCLA and tallied another in the 3-1 win over Fitchburg State. |
