Three MASCAC Teams Earn United Soccer Coaches Academic Accolades

Bridgewater State men, MCLA women and Salem State women earned United Soccer Coaches 2019-20 College Team Academic honors as announced by the organization.
Under head coach Brendan Adams, the Bears posted a 3.20 GPA as a unit last year. 2019-2020 marks the fifth time in the last six years under Coach Adams that Bridgewater State has collected the award from the national coaches’ organization.
For MCLA and head coach Deb Raber, the Trailblazers women's squad finished with a 3.34 GPA.
Salem State under the helm of coach Nicolle Wood earned a 3.45 team GPA to garner the team academic accolade.
A total of 889 soccer teams (333 men, 556 women) posted a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher, thereby earning the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for the 2019-20 academic year.
