WESTFIELD, Mass. -- Westfield State University women's soccer scored four times in the first half, coasting to a 5-0 victory over Framingham State University in a Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference match in Framingham on Saturday.
Westfield netted the first goal of the match just six minutes in with Morgan Berthiaume tallying. Nine minutes later, Berthiaume assisted on Jaida Cochran's goal that lifted the Owls to a 2-0 lead.
Paige Brandt added a goal in the 27th minute with an assist from Delaney Parker, then Parker added two goals of her own to cap the scoring.
