Westfield State improves to 9-5 and 2-0 in the MASCAC, while Worcester is now 7-8 and 1-1 in the league.
The Owls had a balanced scoring attack with four players finishing in double figures, and got 42 points off the bench (compared to 20 for the Lancers' bench).
Maddie Pond added 14 points and five steals, Jordan Grant contributed 13 points and six rebounds, and Caroline Galvani finished with 11 points. Tavi Williams grabbed a team-best seven rebounds and Morgan Berthiaume finished with six steals as Westfield forced the Lancers into 39 turnovers.
Worcester State was led by 16 points from Lena Waldron and 12 from Katie Hurynowicz. Mia Haynes grabbed nine rebounds and Hannah Lomanaco totaled six assists.
Worcester State led 16-14 at the end of the first quarter, but Westfield opened up a 12-point lead, 40-28 by the half. Westfield led by as many as 21 points, 59-38 with 1:12 left on a Jordan Grant layup.
Westfield State will next play on Saturday, traveling to Fitchburg State for a 2:00 p.m. tip. Worcester will travel to Bridgewater on Saturday.
