Westfield led 42-30 at the half, and salted the game away with a big third quarter, turning the Terriers over on four of their first five possessions in the second half.
Westfield (2-0) will face tournament host Colby College in the Championship game tomorrow at 4:00 p.m. The Mules defeated Plymouth State in the other first round game today.
Olivia Hadla scored 20 points and Jordan Grant added 14 for Westfield.
Westfield forced 46 turnovers from Thomas, and the Owls launched 81 shots from the floor compared to 53 for the Terriers.
