SALEM, MA: Fitchburg State men's soccer was defeated by Salem State in the MASCAC Quarterfinal round this morning by a score of 2-0.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Vikings got on the board first in the 40th minute when Dylan Senra got a free kick just outside the 18 that found its way into the top of the goal.
- Senra would add on another in the second half in the 86th minute on a penalty kick that beat the Falcons keeper on the left side of the net.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
- Luke Speers (Collegeville, PA) saw 12 shots in net for the Falcons, saving 10. Matt Hauntsman saved all 10 shots that he faced for the Vikings.
