Women’s Basketball Can’t Keep Up with Lancers in Worcester City Tournament Consolation Game

WORCESTER, MA: On Saturday afternoon, the Anna Maria College women's basketball team traveled to Worcester Polytechnical Institute to face off with Worcester State University in the consolation game of the Worcester City Tournament at the Harrington Auditorium.

HIGHLIGHTS

• Sophomore forward Marinique Reddin (Tampa, FL) recorded her fifth career double-double putting up 12 points and 10 rebounds. She completed that feat four times last season, most recently on February 12^th against Lasell
• Junior guard Gina Parmenter (Oxford, MA) paced the AMCATS with a team-high 15 points while playing 38 minutes.
• Senior forward Patty Agbeh (Raliegh, NC) added nine boards in 17 minutes off the bench.
• The Lancers had six players score in double digits, led by 18 from Katie Hurynowicz.
