Men’s Soccer Drops 3-2 Decision at Framingham State
FRAMINGHAM, Mass.- The Eastern Nazarene College men's soccer team fell 3-2 on the road at Framingham State Tuesday evening.
THE BASICS:

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The home side jumped ahead 1-0 with a strike in the 19th minute. Jared Nardizzi buried his first goal of the season off of an assist from Bryce Nardizzi.
- Framingham State tallied its second goal of the game in the 26th minute to grab a 2-0 advantage. Gabriel Padilla netted his sixth marker of the fall as Gustav Hemmingsen collected his fourth assist.
- Eastern Nazarene cut the deficit to 2-1 with a score in the 67th minute. Jorge Gonzalez (Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain) scored his first goal of the season while Clide Neau (Easton, Mass.) recorded his first collegiate assist.
- The Rams reclaimed a two-goal lead with a tally in the 72nd minute. Kunphel Sinha headed home his second marker of the year as Bryce Nardizzi registered his second assist of the game.
- The Lions pulled to within one in the 83rd minute. Bryan Vargas (San Jose, Costa Rica) notched his team-leading fourth goal of the campaign off of a feed from Joaquin Ferraro (Seville, Spain).
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Goalkeeper Lucas Batz (Jacksonville, N.C.) posted five saves in his third-straight start.
- Eastern Nazarene manufactured 14 shots on the night while Framingham State attempted 17 shots in the contest.
- The Rams owned a narrow 6-5 edge in corner kicks earned.
