THE LEAD – Men's Soccer travelled to Fitchburg State last night for a non-conference matchup, walking away with their third win of the season.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Almost of the entirety of the match passed without a single goal for either team. With ten minutes left in regulation, Nick Wadleigh was awarded a penalty kick after a rogue side tackle attempt. Wadleigh scored for the Lynx, his first goal of the season.
- Fitchburg outshot Lesley 26-3, but GK Josiah Williams held strong in the net, saving all ten shots he faced.
