A total of 638 student-athletes have been honored by the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference with selection to the league’s Fall 2013 All-Academic Team that was released earlier today by Commissioner Angela Baumann.

MCLA Women's Soccer Receives Bronze Award for Ethics from NSCAA

The MCLA Women's Soccer team has earned the Bronze Award for Ethics from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. The award recognizes program's from all divisions for accruing less than 10 cautions throughout the season. The honor marks the 11th time in 14 years that the Trailblazer program has been recognized.

Massachusetts Maritime Women's Soccer Receives NSCAA Gold Ethics Award

The Massachusetts Maritime women’s soccer team was one of 19 Division III squads nationally to receive a Gold Ethics Award from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America earlier today after completing the entire 2013 season without receiving either a yellow or red card in competition. The honor is the second straight for the Buccaneers, who were the only MASCAC program recognized this year.

Massachusetts Maritime sophomore goalkeeper Katie Levesque added another accolade to her already impressive resume earlier today, as she became the first player in Buccaneer women’s soccer history to earn a spot on the National Soccer Coaches Association of America/Continental Tire NCAA Division III All-New England Region squad in garnering second team honors.
