Women's Indoor Track Athlete and Rookie of the Week |
Herbert took home three medals at the 2020 MASCAC Women’s Indoor Track and Field Championship. Crossed the line first in the 200 meter dash with a time of 26.20 and was the anchor on the 4x200 meter relay that broke the conference record with a time of 1:45.24. Earned her third medal in the triple jump with a top leap of 10.75 meters (35’ 3.25”). Also placed second in the 60 meter hurdles for the Lancers (10.12). |

Gilderdale won a pair of MASCAC titles at the 2020 Women’s Indoor Track and Field Championship. Set a new personal record with a top weight throw toss of 17.25 meters (56’ 7.25”). She added a second medal in the shot put with a top mark of 12.94 meters (42’ 5.5”) to help the Owls to their fourth straight indoor conference crown. |
