For the second straight week, the Westfield State duo of Amy O'Sullivan and Lauren Gilderdale take home MASCAC Women's Indoor Track and Field Athlete of the Week while Maureen Grady is Rookie of the Week. Awards are brought to you by GEICO.

O'Sullivan crossed the line first in the mile run with a time of 5:15.16 at the Massasoit Invitational hosted by Springfield College. Currently sits 16th in New England in the event. |
Women's Indoor Field Athlete of the Week |
Gilderdale finished first in both the shot put and the weight throw at the Massasoit Invitational meet at Springfield College. Had her best throws of the season, tossing the shot put 13.12m (43' 00.50") and launching the 20-lb weight 17.04m (55' 11.00"). Currently ninth on the D3 performance list in the weight throw and 21st in the shot. |
Women's Indoor Rookie of the Week |
Grady finished 11th overall in the 60 meter dash at 8.06 seconds at the John Thomas Terrier Classic. Was the top DIII finisher in the event featuring DI and DII competitiors. Sitting in 14th in New England in the event. |
