Offensive Player of the Week |
Wojenski accounted for five touchdowns and 260 yards of total offense in the Rams’ 39-14 win over previously unbeaten Western Connecticut State. Rushed for 84 yards on 16 carries with a one-yard touchdown and completed 15-of-25 passes for 176 yards with four touchdowns of 22, 11, 4 and 5 yards. |
Defensive Player of the Week |
Shea made a game-high 11 tackles, including seven solo stops, while also making the game-saving defensive play in the Panthers’ 7-3 win over Massachusetts Maritime. On fourth-and-six with just a little over a minute to play, the Buccaneers appeared to take the lead on a six-yard touchdown pass, but Shea broke and was able to push the receiver out of bounds to preserve the win. |
Special Teams Player of the Week |
Ford returned a kickoff 88 yards for a touchdown in the Rams’ 39-14 win over Western Connecticut State. Rushed for 73 yards on 18 carries with a long of 24, averaging 4.1 yards per carrry in the win. |
Rookie of the Week |
Colon finished with 20 carries and 132 yards (6.6 yards per carry) which included two touchdowns of 14 and 15 yards in the Owls’ 26-7 win at Fitchburg State. |
