Worcester State Nabs Fifth-Straight USMC-AVCA Team Academic Accolade
The Worcester State University women's volleyball program has been named, for fifth consecutive year, a recipient of the United States Marine Corps and American Volleyball Coaches Association Team Academic Award for the 2021-22 season.

Worcester State Leads in 2021-22 Howard C. Smith Cup Standings After Fall Season
Worcester State has the early lead after the fall season in the Howard C. Smith Cup standings. The Smith Cup is awarded annually to the member institution which compiles the most points based on the placement of each of its programs competing in the league championship sports.

Framingham State Falls to RIT in NCAA Volleyball Tournament
The Framingham State volleyball team was defeated by top seeded RIT in the opening round of the NCAA Div. III Tournament Friday evening at the Rochester, NY regional. The Tigers defeated the Rams in three sets by scores of 20-25, 17-25 & 14-25.

Worcester State’s Gillis Named 2021 MASCAC Offensive Volleyball Player of the Year, Westfield State’s Jess Haradon MASCAC Defensive Player of the Year and Headline the 2021 MASCAC Volleyball All-Conference Team
Natalie Gillis of Worcester State and Jess Haradon of Westfield State are the conference’s first-ever MASCAC Offensive and Defensive Player of the Year honorees. The duo headlines the All-Conference team which is selected by the eight coaches from around the conference.
