MASCAC Women's Indoor Track and Field Weekly Awards 1/30
The Bridgewater State duo of Kiara Abrantes and Tristen Gomes plus Jadah Stokes of Worcester State earn the MASCAC Women's Indoor Track and Field weekly awards after competing at their respective meets last week.

Abrantes placed sixth in the 400-meter dash at the River Hawk Invitational with a PR time of 57.78 seconds. Also finished 25th in the 200-meter dash with a career-best time of 25.74 seconds. Currently ranks 14th in all of Division III in the 400 and 42nd in the 200. Also third in the East Region in the 400 and fourth in the 200. ‘ |
Women's Indoor Field Athlete of the Week |
Gomes competed in the triple jump for the first time this season at the River Hawk Invitational and recorded a personal indoor best mark of 10.70m to finish 25th in the event. Also finished 58th in the long jump with a leap of 4.73m. Currently ranked seventh in the East Region in the triple jump. |

Stokes continued her strong season, grabbing first in the shot put with a mark of 11.80m and fourth in the weight throw with a distance of 12.63m at the Wesleyan January Invite. |
