MASCAC Women's Basketball Weekly Report 2/18
Lucy Barrett and Isabella Aitken both played a part in Westfield State capturing its fourth straight MASCAC Tournament Championship. They were named the MASCAC Women's Basketball Player and Rookie of the Week, respectively, brought to you by GEICO.

Was named MVP of the MASCAC Tournament after leading Westfield State to its fourth straight title in her career. She averaged 23.5 points, four rebounds, three assists and three steals per game. Totalled 27 points in the Owls 94-85 win over Bridgewater and netted 20 in the Owls 84-73 title game win over Worcester. Shot 53% from the floor and 90.9% at the line.

Isabella Aitken
Westfield State
Freshman • Guard • Pittsfield, Mass.
Averaged 6.0 points per game and shot 80 percent (4-5) from three point range in the two conference tournament games.Scored nine points while shooting 3-4 behind the arc in the MASCAC Championship win over Worcester State. All three of Aitken’s triples came in the midst of the Owls’ rally from a 12 point deficit to win 84-73.
