WESTFIELD, Mass. -- The MASCAC Football Play-of-the-Week highlights the top plays from each conference game of the weekend, and asks fans to vote on their favorite.
The nominees from Week 1 are embedded below. Watch each highlight, and vote for the play that you think is the MASCAC Football Play-of-the-Week on the MASCAC Twitter account (https://twitter.com/mascacsports)! Voting is open until Wednesday at 2 pm. The vote totals and the winning play will be announced Wednesday on the MASCAC website and social media sites.
Play No. 1 - Framingham StateAgainst Endicott, Framingham State quarterback Adam Wojenski faked the hand off, stepped back and found a wide open Austin Nunn who made the catch then skirted down the sideline for the 74 yard touchdown. |
Play No. 2 - UMass DartmouthUMass Dartmouth Stephen Gacioch gives the hand off to Olawale Junaid who avoids the first tackle then spins off another defender before avoiding another tackle then takes it into the endzone for the 17 yard touchdown run in the Corsairs' victory. |
