Offensive Player and Rookie of the Week |
Gonzalez rushed for a career-high 140 yards on 29 carries (4.8 yards per carry) and scored a pair of two-yard touchdowns in the Corsairs’ 28-12 victory at Western Connecticut State. With only a two point lead in the fourth, Gonzalez scored both of his touchdowns to secure the win.

Defensive Player of the Week |
Slaughter recorded 13 total tackles, including 12 solo stops that featured a pair of sacks and three tackles for losses of 11 yards, in the Corsairs’ 28-12 victory at Western Connecticut State. |
Special Teams Player of the Week |
Jackson blocked a pair of punts, while also recovering one of the blocked punts in the end zone for a touchdown in the Falcons 30-14 victory over Worcester State. |
