DJ Prampin of Bridgewater State along with the Worcester State duo of Gavin Price and Riggs Catlin take home the MASCAC Baseball Player, Pitcher and Rookie of the Week accolades.
Player of the Week |
Prampin batted .412 (7-17) with three home runs, two doubles, four walks, two stolen bases, six runs and 14 RBI in a 4-1 week for the Bears. Also posted a .522 on base percentage and a 1.059 slugging percentage. Went 4-for-10 with a pair of doubles, three walks, two stolen bases, three runs and five RBI as the Bears took 2 of 3 MASCAC games from Framingham State. Belted a pair of homers and drove in five runs in an 11-2 win over Rhode Island College, and went 1-for-3 with a home run, walk, hit by pitch, sacrifice fly and four RBI in a 14-2 victory over Curry. |

Price got the complete game victory, allowing five hits, two earned runs with 10 strikeouts and no walks in the Lancers' 10-2 win over MCLA. |
Rookie of the Week |
Catlin batted .667 (4-6) with two triples, three RBI, three walks, three runs scored, a stolen base, .778 on-base and 1.333 slugging percentage in the Lancers doubleheader sweep of MCLA. |
