FRAMINGHAM, Mass. - Curry College was defeated in three sets (25-21, 25-10, 25-13) by Framingham State University Thursday night in non-conference women's collegiate volleyball action at Framingham State University Athletic and Recreation Center.
Senior Lauren Guzman (Cranston, R.I.) led the Colonels in multiple categories, finishing with nine kills and nine digs.
Senior Avia Fraine (Mattapoisett, Mass.) also finished with nine digs while freshman Emma St. Cyr (Dover, N.H.) contributed with a team-high eight assists.
Curry College (3-4) opens up conference play in a road match against Endicott College on Saturday (9/16) beginning at 11 a.m.
